About this collection
We don't just rally during our sessions; we run high-intensity multi-shuttle drills to isolate and fix specific shots. By feeding 20 to 30 shuttles in rapid succession, we force your muscle memory to take over, making your footwork and swing automatic so you don't have to think during a high-stakes match.
