About this collection
Our advanced competitive program moves beyond standard hitting sessions by integrating 45-minute outdoor fitness blocks using resistance bands and medicine balls. This dedicated conditioning, paired with live-ball rallying and internal ranking matches, ensures players build the explosive power and mental endurance required for official AITA and UTR tournament environments.
Raising the Level of Your Game
At Tennis360, we view fitness not as an add-on, but as the foundation of competitive play. The Advanced Competitive Program is designed for players who have moved past the learning phase and are actively preparing for the demands of tournament tennis.
The Training Methodology
We operate on a 6-day training schedule. Sessions typically last between 90 to 120 minutes, splitting time between on-court technical work and targeted physical conditioning.
- Technical Precision: We analyze stroke mechanics, with a heavy emphasis on shot consistency, point construction, and tactical execution during match simulations.
- Physical Conditioning: Our fitness routines move away from gym-based static training. Instead, we focus on functional movement, explosive power, and reaction speed on natural ground. This includes ladder drills, cone agility tests, and medicine ball exercises to build core strength and lateral speed.
- Mental Conditioning: Tournament play involves intense pressure. We simulate tie-breakers and high-leverage match points to build the mental fortitude required for competitive settings.
Tournament Readiness
We do not just train; we prepare you to compete. As hosts of AITA and UTR events, our players have the distinct advantage of training on the same clay courts where they compete. We offer calendar planning guidance to help you navigate the tournament circuit effectively. Whether you are aiming to improve your UTR rating or climb the AITA rankings, our curriculum focuses on the specific skill sets needed to win matches.
If you are looking for a program that prioritizes discipline over shortcuts, this is where you belong. We keep our groups structured and our standards high.
