Farm-to-Table Dining and Seasonal Events
Dine under the open sky, right where your food is grown. Join us at our Chhatarpur farm for seasonal feasts that reconnect you with the earth.
There is something magical about sharing a meal right where it was grown. This is a glimpse of one of our candlelit farm dinners, where guests enjoy a soulful, organic meal under the stars.
From kids making their own pizzas with fresh toppings to beautifully plated salads and burgers, our handcrafted meals are all about using farm-fresh ingredients. This is what practicing organic food habits looks like.
Celebrating International Burger Day by making our own veggie burgers. We use patties made from farm vegetables, fresh lettuce, and onions, all assembled for a delicious and healthy meal.
This is what's on my plate: a vibrant salad made with seasonal vegetables, wholesome grains, and chemical-free produce, all harvested fresh from my farm. It’s a true taste of clean, farm-to-table eating.
A beautiful dish from our 'Celebrating Mulberries' event. Here, farm-fresh tomatoes and mulberries are paired with a slice of savoury cake, showcasing how seasonal fruits can be used in creative ways.
A scoop of vibrant mulberry sorbet on a bed of chocolate soil. This dessert was a highlight of a special farm-to-table dinner, using mulberries picked right from our trees.
Another creation from our mulberry-themed dinner. This dessert features a delicate mulberry jelly with fresh mint, a simple and elegant way to end a farm-fresh meal.
The menu for our Traditional Marwari Lunch. I love hosting these events to celebrate regional Indian cuisines, using organic ingredients from my farm to create authentic dishes like Dal Bati Churma and Gatte ki Sabzi.
To celebrate the rains, I host a 'Monsoon Ke Mazze' event. The menu features comfort foods like assorted pakodas, wood-fired pizza, and masala chai, all enjoyed amidst the lush greenery of the farm.
The menu for our 'Mango-Melony Fiesta', a six-course vegetarian meal celebrating the best fruits of summer. The dishes include everything from mango salsa with nachos to handmade vanilla bean ice cream with fresh mangoes.
About Farm-to-Table Dining & Events
Our menus change based on what is ripe in the patch that morning, not what is popular in the market. When you book a seat, you are eating what the farm decided to offer today, whether it is a traditional Marwari lunch or a monsoon pakoda feast. It is real, seasonal, and wonderfully unpredictable.
Why Dining at the Farm is Different
When we talk about farm-to-table dining, we mean it literally. Located at our Amarkanan farm in Chhatarpur, these events strip away the distance between you and your plate. There is no sourcing from unknown wholesalers. The ingredients are harvested hours before we start cooking, retaining that freshness you simply cannot find in city stores.
What You Can Expect
Our events are intimate. We do not do mass catering. Instead, we collaborate with chefs, yoga practitioners, and artisans to create experiences that are about more than just a meal. One weekend it might be a Gut-Healthy Breakfast paired with a morning yoga session; the next, a Mango-Melony Fiesta celebrating summer's best harvest with a six-course vegetarian menu.
The Seasonal Experience
Because we work with nature, our menus are defined by the seasons. The 'Monsoon Ke Mazze' series features comfort foods like warm wood-fired pizza and masala chai when it rains, while our full moon dinners showcase whatever is thriving in the soil that month.
We keep the vibe casual. You are not at a fancy restaurant; you are at our farm. Expect rustic tables, open air, and the genuine joy of eating food that has been grown without a single chemical. If you value knowing where your meal comes from and want to support honest, regenerative farming, pull up a chair. We would love to share our harvest with you.
