This is what real, honest food looks like. I bring the best of my farm's seasonal harvest to local markets, with everything from crisp greens and brinjals to fresh ginger and lemons, all grown without any chemicals.

When my farm gives me an abundance of fresh basil, I make this hand-pounded vegan pesto. It’s a simple, flavourful paste made with ingredients grown right on our terrace garden at Select Citywalk.

There is something magical about sharing a meal right where it was grown. This is a glimpse of one of our candlelit farm dinners, where guests enjoy a soulful, organic meal under the stars.

The perfect moment to harvest. I believe in picking vegetables like this karela (bitter gourd) at just the right time to ensure they are packed with flavour and nutrition, straight from the vine to your kitchen.

For those who love to create things themselves, I offer my Kombucha SCOBY and starter liquid. This kit has everything you need to brew your own fizzy, probiotic-rich kombucha at home using a simple, natural fermentation process.

This short video gives you a feel for what my farm is all about. From rows of fresh cabbage and brinjal to ripe tomatoes on the vine, this is a place to reconnect with nature and learn to grow your own food.

This is what's on my plate: a vibrant salad made with seasonal vegetables, wholesome grains, and chemical-free produce, all harvested fresh from my farm. It’s a true taste of clean, farm-to-table eating.

My vegetable baskets are never identical. Because I harvest everything just 12-24 hours before delivery, what you get depends entirely on what the season is doing right now—sometimes that means extra gourds, other weeks it is a bounty of leafy greens. It isn't factory-farmed consistency, but that’s the deal with real food.
