About Organic Produce & Artisanal Foods

Why I Do This

Real khushi (joy) comes from knowing where my food grows and the mitti (soil) it comes from. At Edible Routes, this isn’t just kitabi gyan (book talk) - it’s a daily habit. No chemicals, no shortcuts, just simple, clean food straight from the earth.

What’s in My Basket

Every week, I put together a basket of farm-to-table vegetables. The veggies are plucked just-in-time, packed fresh, and the mix changes with the season. Some weeks, it’s loads of greens; others, you’ll spot karela (bitter gourd) or tori (ridge gourd). The idea is to keep things exciting and, honestly, a bit unpredictable - just like real farming.

Come Say Hello

If you prefer picking your own sabzi, drop by our Amarkanan farm market in New Delhi or find us at Gurgaon’s farmers’ markets. There’s something different about touching and smelling produce before it lands in your bag.

Fruits & Artisanal Foods

I hunt for the best seasonal fruit, like Amrapali mangoes from Odisha and sweet, chemical-free dragon fruit from Palwal. The batches are small - what’s ripe is what you get. My pantry also has a few homemade favourites: wild amla pickle, full of ghar-jaisa (homemade style) flavour, and a handmade vegan pesto from our own basil. Nothing fancy, just honest food.

What to Expect

  • Fresh, chemical-free farm produce, always seasonal
  • A little bit of unpredictability (sometimes nature’s mood wins)
  • Artisanal foods, made in small batches, with care

If wholesome, real food is your thing, I’d love to share my harvest with you.

My Story

We started Edible Routes because city life made us forget what food fresh from the soil tastes like. Our first bhindi harvest on the terrace—magic! Turns out, you don’t need a big farm, just a few pots and some guts. Friends joined in, then their friends. Now we’re a crew of green thumbs hosting kids pizza workshops, running farmlets, and sending out organic baskets. Walking with nature, we’ve built a real community.

My Work

Bringing Nature Home - We set up urban kitchen gardens for homes—balconies, rooftops, even windowsills. No backyard needed.

Workshops & Farm Fun - Kids pizza workshop, yoga, composting, microgreens—hands-on, not boring. Learn, play, eat.

Farm-Fresh Food - Weekly organic veggie basket, seasonal fruits, handcrafted vegan pesto, wild amla pickle. No chemicals, just real.

Farmlets & Organic Farm Management - Join a farmlet in Gurgaon or Noida, grow your own food with us, or let us manage your organic farm.
