About this collection
Most of the greens on your plate were harvested just hours before service. We use A2 Bilona ghee and wood-pressed oils for every dish, ensuring you’re eating exactly what we cook for our own families on the farm.
Dining at Farmus isn't about white tablecloths or complex plating; it is about knowing exactly where your food comes from. Our kitchen focuses on seasonal Indian comfort food. When we serve Sarso ka Saag or fresh vegetable skewers, it is because those ingredients are currently at their peak in our fields.
We source nothing from outside. Our menu changes based on the harvest, so you might find traditional dishes like Gajar ka Halwa or Gud ki Kheer alongside farm-fresh salads. We even use edible flowers and foraged wild greens gathered right here on the property.
Because we operate a working farm in Dhumaspur, our dining area is rustic and open-air. You are sitting among the trees where the vegetables are growing, which is why we ask for pre-bookings. It helps us plan our harvest so we don't waste produce. Whether you are coming for our weekend brunch or a special community meal, expect simple, hearty food that feels like a home-cooked lunch.
Farmus
We started Farmus because we wanted a space in Gurgaon where city life slows down. We are not a traditional restaurant; we are a patch of land where you can see the food growing, pet the animals, and eat what is in season, guilt-free.
