From our first patch in Ayanagar to the lush rows at Amarkanan, see how we turned a simple love for soil into a Delhi-wide movement.

Throwback to 2016 at Farm 8 in Ayanagar, where it all began. This is where the seeds of Edible Routes were planted, and our mission to promote organic farming took root.

Our founder, Kapil Mandawewala, who started Edible Routes with a vision to make farming a service and empower communities to grow their own food sustainably.

We helped create one of India's most breathtaking rooftop gardens at RAAS Devigarh. This project is a testament to our mission of blending beauty, heritage, and sustainability.

Why choose Edible Routes? We offer a lifestyle centered on health, nature, and mindfulness. Choose garden time over screen time, and mindful living over a fast-paced life.

A simple joy: harvesting fresh `jamun` from the tree. We believe in sharing nature's bounty, not just with people, but with the birds and ants that are part of our farm's ecosystem.

Kapil sharing how Edible Routes is redefining farming by making it an accessible service. From small urban spaces to large-scale farms, we help people grow.

This is our invitation to you. Take the first step towards a sustainable, organic lifestyle. Join us and contribute to a healthier planet and community.

Our farm team members tending to the `Haldi` (turmeric) plants. Our farms are blooming with fresh harvests, and we are always expanding our community of mindful, healthy living.

An early photo from when we started our mission of educating people about food. From a small stall with photos of our projects, we've grown into a thriving community.

A glimpse of life at our Amarkanan farm: the rustic entrance, our resident cat enjoying the sun, and the beautiful bamboo-covered cafe. It's a peaceful escape for everyone.

About Our Farm, Story & Philosophy

It isn’t just about the organic produce you take home, it’s about the shift that happens when you finally get your hands in the mitti (soil). When you visit us at our Amarkanan farm in Chhatarpur, you aren't just a guest, you are part of the team that waters, harvests, and keeps this ecosystem alive.
