We turn our Gurgaon fields into an outdoor classroom where students learn about nature, food origins, and sustainable farming through hands-on activity.

A teacher shows a group of young students a fresh green bean from the plant. These interactive lessons help children understand exactly where their food comes from.

A line of students from Imperio school, led by their teachers, walks along a farm path. A guided tour is a great way for them to explore the farm safely.

Students with their baskets, ready for a day of harvesting. This activity teaches them about different vegetables and the basics of farming.

"Nature's cool classroom." This image captures a group of students on a guided walk, fully engaged in their outdoor curriculum of exploration.

Students from HDFC School are deep in concentration as they explore the coriander patch. This sensory experience helps them learn to identify different plants and herbs.

A group of students proudly holds up their baskets filled with cherry tomatoes and other greens. They are excited to show off the results of their hard work.

A young student proudly holds up his "I'm a Friend of Farmus" certificate. We give these out to our little farmers to celebrate their day of learning and discovery.

About this collection

Schools visit us for 5-hour immersive sessions where students rotate through activity stations like organic veggie harvesting, animal petting, and pottery workshops. We provide a structured environment with dedicated guides for each group size, ensuring every child stays engaged while learning the science behind organic soil and seasonal plant growth.

A Nature-First Curriculum

Modern classroom learning often stops at textbooks, but we believe in learning by doing. At Farmus, we provide an outdoor curriculum designed to teach children where their food comes from. Students get their hands dirty in the soil, learn to identify crops, and understand the role of animals in a sustainable ecosystem.

What a School Visit Looks Like

Every trip is tailored to the age group and learning objectives of the school. A typical day includes:

  • Guided Farming: Students walk through our polyhouses and vegetable beds, pulling carrots or spotting tomatoes under the guidance of our farm team.
  • Animal Interaction: Our petting zoo allows children to meet goats, rabbits, and cows in a safe, controlled setting, teaching them empathy and basic animal care.
  • Creative Workshops: From pottery on the wheel to craft sessions using natural materials like leaves and twigs, we help students express their creativity.
  • Farm-to-Table Lunch: We provide fresh, healthy meals made from ingredients grown on-site, showing students exactly how farm produce translates into nutrition.

Farmus

Experience at Farmus Farms, Dhumaspur, GurugramStarting ₹600 Per Person / Activity

I built Farmus because I saw how disconnected city kids were from the food on their plates. When your students visit, they aren't just looking at charts; they are pulling carrots and meeting our goats, learning the real story of farming right here in our Gurgaon fields.
