We are proud to serve tuna imported directly from Japan. This guide shows the different cuts we offer: Akami (lean tuna), Chutoro (fatty tuna), and Otoro (extra fatty tuna), available as both sashimi and nigiri.

A plate of our finest Nigiri Sushi, featuring luxurious cuts of tuna. From the rich, marbled Otoro to the balanced Chutoro and the lean Akami, each piece is paired with seasoned rice for a true sushi delight.

Our Sashimi Moriawase platter features thick, glistening cuts of the freshest fish. Here you can see vibrant Norwegian salmon, deep red Akami tuna, and tender octopus, served with wasabi and pickled ginger.

Elegance in every bite. Our Salmon Nigiri, made with fresh, melt-in-your-mouth salmon from Norway, is dipped into soy sauce, ready to be savored. It is a classic dish where freshness meets tradition.

The perfect balance of smoky, fresh, and flavorful. Our Aburi Salmon Nigiri is lightly torched to enhance its richness, creating a sushi experience that is pure bliss.

Our Unagi Nigiri features grilled freshwater eel glazed with a sweet and savory sauce, then sprinkled with sesame seeds. This traditional dish offers a rich, smoky flavor that is both comforting and delicious.

A simple yet perfect serving of Tuna Nigiri. This polaroid-style shot captures two pieces of rich Akami tuna on a traditional wooden sushi geta, highlighting the quality and authenticity of our ingredients.

A closer look at our premium tuna sashimi, showcasing the distinct textures and colors of Otoro, Chutoro, and Akami. Each piece is a testament to the quality of fish imported from Japan.

Our Sashimi Moriawase is a beautifully curated platter of fresh, thinly sliced raw fish. Elegantly paired with garnishes like wasabi and pickled ginger, it offers an authentic and refined Japanese dining experience.

The perfect pairing: a cold beer and a plate of our finest tuna sashimi. The rich flavor of the Akami and Chutoro cuts is beautifully complemented by a crisp drink.

About Premium Nigiri & Sashimi

When you select our sashimi, look for the distinct marbling in the Bluefin Tuna cuts. We strictly manage the fish temperature and slice along the grain, ensuring the honmono no nihon no aji (authentic taste of Japan) hits your palate exactly as it would in a traditional Tokyo establishment.

The Art of Quality Cuts

We believe sushi is a dialogue between the chef and the ingredient. Our sourcing process is rigorous; we fly in our Bluefin Tuna from Japan and salmon from Norway because the quality of the raw protein defines the entire experience. When you order our sashimi, you are tasting a product that has been handled with respect from the ocean to our platter.

Understanding Your Sashimi

  • Otoro: The most prized section, heavily marbled and rich in flavor, offering a melt-in-the-mouth texture.
  • Chutoro: A perfect balance between the fat of the belly and the lean character of the fish.
  • Akami: The lean, deep-red cut that provides a clean, intense tuna flavor.

Our chefs pair these cuts with Shari (seasoned sushi rice) made using our proprietary vinegar blend, Sharizu. This ensures the acidity perfectly cuts through the richness of the fish. Whether you are dining at our Saket location at Salcon Rasvilas or our space on Golf Course Road in Gurugram, we invite you to take a moment to appreciate the natural colors and textures before you begin.

If you are planning an event, we apply the same standards to our party platters. We recommend pre-ordering so our chefs have the necessary time to prepare each piece to our rigorous standards of precision.
