When you opt for our grazing tables, we focus on balancing aesthetics with accessibility. While our cheese boards and sushi stations serve as the focal point of the room, we ensure the placement allows for smooth guest movement, preventing congestion around the serving area during the peak hours of your event.
Our approach to appetizers goes beyond serving food. We believe that the first impression of your event is often made at the grazing table.
We provide a wide range of options tailored to your specific gathering. Our grazing boards include three varieties of hard and soft cheeses, accompanied by crackers, nuts, and dried fruits, arranged to invite guests to graze throughout the night. If you prefer an international theme, we offer made-to-order Japanese sushi, served with pickled ginger and soy, as well as finger foods like tempura prawns, sliders, and mini tacos.
For service, we use illuminated glass buffet counters and mirror-finish tables to add a sense of theatre to the display. We provide gloved servers to handle tray circulation, ensuring that guests do not have to move far from their conversations to enjoy high-quality bites. Whether you are hosting a high-tea in South Delhi or a cocktail party in Gurugram, we adapt the presentation style to match your event theme, ensuring that every plate looks as good as it tastes.
