My yoga philosophy is simple: it's for everyone. This powerful pose, the extended side angle or Utthita Parsvakonasana, demonstrates the strength and flexibility we build in our classes, which are open to all levels.
This is an invitation to our Full Moon Sound Meditation workshop. It's a unique session where I use sound bowls to help you release, relax, and enter a state of deep awareness in a supportive community setting.

Whether you are looking to master your first Vinyasa flow or just need to unplug with a sound bath, we keep our batches small to ensure you get actual feedback on your form. It is not about performing perfect poses here, it is about how the movement makes you feel in your own body.
Yoga at DTOWN isn't about standing on your head; it is about building a practice that fits your body. Our morning sessions focus on Hatha and Vinyasa flows, where we prioritize alignment over everything else. We cap our group sessions to maintain a 1:10 ratio, which means you get individual form correction, not just a generic sequence. If your back feels tight from sitting at a desk all day or you are just looking for a way to wake up, these classes are designed to build steady strength and flexibility.
Beyond the physical, we also host immersive Sound Healing workshops. Using Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, and chimes, these sessions are designed to help you drop into a deep state of relaxation. We often align these with the lunar cycle, creating a space for mental reset and reflection. Whether you are a regular on the mat or have never touched your toes, come as you are. Show up, breathe, and let the practice do the work.
