Welcome to the DTown vibe. This is what my classes are all about: high energy, fun moves, and just letting go to the music. You can see the whole group getting into this Bollywood fitness routine, which is a perfect example of how we make workouts feel like a party.
My dance fitness classes are designed to help you melt pounds and sizzle calories in the most enjoyable way possible. This is a full-body workout that combines energetic choreography with fitness principles to help you reach your goals.
I believe yoga is for every body, at any age. My classes focus on building strength, improving flexibility, and finding mental peace. This pose, the extended side angle, is great for stretching the whole body.
Beyond physical fitness, I offer holistic wellness workshops to help you relax and recharge. This is from our Full Moon Sound Meditation session, a community gathering designed for reflection, healing, and transformation through the power of sound.
Here is a look at one of our group choreography sessions. We break down the steps so everyone can learn, and as you can see, the energy is infectious when we all dance together. This is a great way to learn new skills and meet people.
I love mixing different styles into my choreography. This routine has a bit of swag and is set to a high-energy Tollywood remix. It shows how we explore different genres of dance, from commercial hip-hop to Tollywood and Bollywood beats.
About Featured
We have designed our studio with laminate wooden flooring to make sure your knees stay happy even during the most intense dance cardio routines. Our batches are kept small enough that you will actually get feedback on your form from our instructors, rather than just following along in the back of the room.
At DTOWN, we believe fitness should feel like a party. We built this space in Hebbal because we wanted a hub where you can sweat, learn, and de-stress without any of the usual gym intimidation.
