About Bollyfit & Dance Cardio
You don't need to be a professional dancer to walk into our Bollyfit sessions. We structure each class with a warm-up, core choreography, and cool-down, so you are getting a real workout even when you are just busy having fun. Just bring a pair of comfortable shoes and your energy.
At DTOWN, we believe fitness should be something you look forward to, not dread. Our Bollyfit and dance cardio sessions are high-energy workouts that mix movement, popular music, and that signature 'jalwa' vibe. Whether you are looking to burn calories or just de-stress, these classes are designed for all fitness levels.
We hold our classes in an air-conditioned studio with laminate wooden flooring designed to reduce knee impact, so you can dance without worrying about surface strain.
What to expect in a session:
- Warm-up: We start with 10 minutes of mobility drills to get your body ready.
- The Core: 45 minutes of non-stop dance choreography. We blend Bollywood, Afro, and regional hits into a cardio routine that keeps your heart rate up.
- Strength Integration: We mix in squats, lunges, and core cues directly into the dance moves, so you are building strength while following the rhythm.
- Cool Down: We finish with 5-10 minutes of static stretching and breathwork to help you recover.
We offer a structured 'Shimmy to Slim' program with 12 sessions per month, usually scheduled 3 days a week. We have both morning (Ladies Only) and evening (Mixed Adults) batches, so you can pick the time that fits your day. No prior dance experience is required—just show up, follow the lead, and aayega aayega (it will come).
