I do not believe in quick fixes. My approach blends manual therapy with targeted exercise, helping you understand your body so we can treat your pain together.

This is where the healing begins. Using manual therapy techniques, I work directly on the affected muscles and joints to reduce stiffness, improve circulation, and restore proper movement patterns in the leg.

A glimpse into what I do as a physiotherapist. My sessions often include manual therapy, electrotherapy to manage pain, prescribing therapeutic exercises, and most importantly, patient education.

When a patient is advised against knee surgery, physiotherapy is a powerful alternative. Here, I'm using manual techniques and targeted exercises to treat knee pain and improve function without invasive procedures.

Electrotherapy is a key tool for pain management. Here, I am applying it to a patient's lower back to help relieve muscle spasms and reduce pain signals, facilitating easier movement.

If a standard exercise is difficult, we find an alternative. This video demonstrates a modified quadriceps-strengthening exercise using a foam roller for support, ensuring the muscle is activated effectively and safely.

About My Hands-On Approach to Healing

When you visit my clinic, I do not just rely on machines. Before any electrotherapy, I perform a thorough manual assessment to feel exactly where the muscle tension or joint restriction is coming from. This helps me create a recovery plan that fits your specific body and current mobility, not just your medical diagnosis.

My Method: Beyond Machines

My treatment philosophy centers on the idea that 'Motion is lotion.' While I use electrotherapy tools like IFT and TENS to manage acute pain and calm muscle spasms, these are just one piece of the puzzle.

Manual Therapy Using hands-on techniques, I work directly on stiff joints and tight tissues. If you are dealing with adhesive capsulitis, chronic back pain, or post-surgical stiffness, this tactile work is crucial to restore your range of motion. I don't just treat the site of pain; I look at the surrounding structures that might be contributing to the issue.

Exercise Prescription The goal is not just to treat you in the clinic, but to teach you. By the time you are 70–80% better, I shift the focus to a home exercise plan (HEP). I want you to be independent, not dependent on regular appointments. Whether it involves foam roller modifications for knee osteoarthritis or specific gait training for stroke recovery, I ensure you understand the 'why' behind every movement.
