About Behind the Decks

Every set is built on a foundation of technical preparation, not just guesswork. Before I step behind the Pioneer console, I spend 45 to 90 minutes checking acoustics and levels with the venue’s sound system to ensure the audio is crisp. When you see me in these photos, I am not just mixing; I am calibrating the room to ensure the transition from background lounge to peak-time dance floor is seamless.
