I do not believe in shortcuts. We focus on big movements like squats, deadlifts, and bench presses to build raw power. If you are ready for serious, results-driven strength training, this is where we start.

A heavy squat session with a spotter. This is what true *mehnat* looks like, pushing your body to its limits to build a powerful lower body.

Working on barbell squats inside the power rack. This exercise is non-negotiable for building leg size and total body strength.

Performing squats with a focus on controlled movement. Proper form is the key to unlocking your strength potential in this fundamental lift.

A heavy barbell bench press set, a cornerstone of my chest training routine. This is followed by machine flys to completely work the pectoral muscles.

Performing rack pulls on a Smith machine to build trap and upper back thickness. This variation helps maintain constant tension on the muscles.

A 190kg rack pull set. This exercise is excellent for overloading the back muscles and improving grip strength.

Executing a conventional deadlift. This full-body movement is one of the best for building raw strength from head to toe.

Bent-over rows using a barbell on the Smith machine. This is a great way to build a thick, strong back.

Setting up for a heavy rack pull. This movement is a staple in my back training for adding serious mass and density.

Performing T-bar rows, another excellent exercise for targeting the mid-back muscles and creating that V-taper look.

About Heavy Compound Lifts

Every session here focuses on technical precision, not just moving weight. I personally oversee your bench press, squat, and deadlift form because moving heavy loads safely is the difference between hitting a new personal best and picking up an injury. You will learn the mechanics of bracing, bar path, and tension, ensuring you build real mass and strength without wasting months on trial and error.

Building a powerful physique requires more than just showing up. My training philosophy centers on heavy compound movements like barbell squats, deadlifts, and bench presses, which provide the best return on your time investment. If you are training at the gym, you should be focused on these core lifts to stimulate systemic growth.

My approach is hands-on. I do not just hand you a chart and walk away. During our floor time at Anytime Fitness in Sector 29, I personally spot you, adjust your grip, and correct your bar path. Whether you are struggling to break a plateau on your deadlift or trying to fix your arch during a heavy bench session, we troubleshoot your mechanics in real time.

Compound lifting is non-negotiable for building back thickness and leg density. I integrate T-bar rows, rack pulls, and overhead presses to ensure every muscle group is hit with sufficient volume and intensity. We follow a structured progression so you are stronger this month than you were last month. If you are tired of average results and want to commit to a serious lifting program in Gurugram, let’s get to work.
