This sprawling 18,000 sq. ft. Spanish-style villa, set on over an acre near Nandi Hills, is a perfect example of a dream retreat we brought to life. The aerial view captures the project's scale, from the grand entrance and landscaped gardens to the seamless integration of the home with its natural surroundings.
We designed this modern 50x80 duplex in Bengaluru to be a statement of contemporary living. The elevation features a dynamic play of angular facades, MS jaali screens, and integrated green spaces, creating a home that is both visually striking and perfectly suited for a modern family's lifestyle.
This traditional Kerala-style farmhouse in Hassan shows our expertise in vernacular architecture. We focused on creating a serene vacation home with a welcoming patio, terracotta sloped roofs, and an open verandah, ensuring the design is both timeless and deeply connected to its roots.
A showcase of neo-classy elegance on a 30x50 plot. This design proves that grandeur isn't limited by space. We used classical elements like vertical pilasters, recessed balconies, and a terracotta roof to create a home with a strong, sophisticated presence.
