Our design language frequently incorporates a mix of textures. We use exposed brick, HPL cladding, and patterned screens to create dynamic facades that evolve throughout the day. By playing with light and shadow, we create architectural depth that elevates a standard building into a distinct contemporary residence.

- Structural & Working Drawings: Precise centerline drawings, column positioning, and roof slab reinforcement details for cantilever balconies.
