We blend architectural heritage with modern comfort. From Kerala-style farmhouses to neo-classical villas, we create homes that feel timeless and work for your life.

This east-facing Kerala-style farmhouse in Hassan is a timeless vacation home. We designed it with Vastu principles, a terracotta sloped roof, and an open verandah to create a seamless flow with nature.

A side view of the 8000+ sq. ft. Kerala-style farmhouse, detailing its features. The home is raised for grandeur and flood safety, and uses breeze blocks and bay windows to maximize natural light and ventilation.

Nestled at the foothills of Nandi Hills, this Mediterranean-inspired farmhouse evokes the timeless charm of Spanish villas. We designed the 18,000 sq. ft. home with a grand fountain and landscaped water bodies.

The color palette for the Spanish villa features warm browns, off-white, cream, and soft greys. We used natural stone, wooden accents, and light-painted surfaces to create a timeless and elegant atmosphere.

The landscape design for the Spanish villa includes manicured lawns, a gazebo, and pathways with minimal detailing. The design creates a serene getaway surrounded by lush farmlands.

The design includes a separate structure for covered parking, maintaining the aesthetic integrity of the main villa. The entire 1.25-acre property is planned to embrace the stunning views of Nandi Hills.

About this collection

When mixing traditional elements like sloped roofs, jaali work, or grand arches with modern floor plans, the real challenge is balancing aesthetics with utility. We don't just add these for the look; we focus on why they exist—using terracotta roofs for heat insulation or breeze blocks to keep your interiors airy and bright. Before you finalize a style, we suggest considering the long-term maintenance needs of these features, as they often require specific materials and skilled craftsmanship to last.

Architecture That Connects Heritage and Modern Living

Designing a home that balances traditional charm with modern functionality is a calculated process. Whether it is a Kerala-style farmhouse in Hassan, a Mediterranean-inspired villa in Nandi Hills, or a neo-classical duplex in Jayanagar, our approach remains grounded in utility first.

Why Fusion Works

We believe architecture should be practical. A traditional home shouldn't feel like a museum, and a modern home shouldn't lack character. We use elements like:

  • Passive cooling: Integrating terracotta sloped roofs and high ceilings, which are essential for Bangalore’s climate.
  • Natural ventilation: Using breeze blocks and large windows to ensure air flow, reducing the need for artificial cooling.
  • Modern comfort: Keeping the floor plans open, Vastu-compliant, and optimized for current family needs while retaining the classic exterior aesthetic.

The Reality of Traditional Finishes

Traditional designs often involve complex elevations, such as GRC moldings, fluted columns, or specific wood finishes. These require higher precision during construction. We provide a detailed bill of quantities (BOQ) so you know exactly what the cost of these 'traditional' elements is before you start, avoiding the budget bloat that often comes with ornate home design.

Your Design, Your Constraints

Every plot is different. A fusion design on a 30x50 plot in Bangalore requires a different strategy than a farmhouse on a 1.25-acre site. We evaluate your site orientation, natural light, and structural requirements first. If you want a traditional aesthetic but are worried about the upkeep, ask us about modern material alternatives that mimic natural stone or wood but offer better durability and lower maintenance.
