The Role of Craftsmanship

We maintain direct relationships with master kaarigars (artisans) who specialize in traditional wood joinery. From the carved panels of a main entrance to the detailed staircase railings, we supervise the fabrication process on site to ensure the final execution matches our high-definition technical drawings.

Spatial Planning for Modern Life

While we respect the traditional veedu layout, we adapt it for current functional requirements. We focus on:

• Flow and Volume: Optimizing floor plans to maximize usable carpet area while maintaining the grand aesthetic of double-height ceilings.
• Technical Integration: Seamlessly hiding modern MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems behind traditional woodwork and architecture.
• Material Selection: Combining durable, commercial-grade materials for high-traffic areas with natural timber, stone, and terracotta tiles consistent with Kerala heritage.
