We interpret the classic Kerala veedu for modern life, integrating central courtyards and intricate woodwork with contemporary spatial planning.

The central courtyard, or 'muttam', is a key feature of this traditional Kerala style house. The intricately carved wooden railings and double-height space with a skylight create a bright and airy core for the home.

This elegant sit-out space, or verandah, showcases the beauty of traditional woodwork. The polished wood, classic furniture, and detailed joinery create a serene space for relaxation, typical of a Kerala veedu.

Here, a master craftsman, or 'kaarigar', is at work, chiseling intricate patterns into a wooden panel for a door. We believe in being on-site to honor and support the artisans whose skill makes our traditional designs possible.

About Timeless Traditions: Kerala Heritage Homes

The central muttam, or courtyard, serves as the lungs of our Kerala-inspired homes. Beyond its aesthetic value, we engineer this space to manage cross-ventilation and natural lighting throughout the residence, significantly reducing reliance on artificial cooling and creating a connection between indoor and outdoor environments.
