Modern Homes with an Indian Soul in Bengaluru
We believe architecture is a dialogue between contemporary needs and traditional roots. By blending modern lines with antique elements and natural light, we create spaces that feel deeply personal, grounded, and timeless.
A close-up of the handcrafted stone Nandi that sits at the center of the courtyard in our "Between Two Trees" project. This sacred element brings a sense of peace and tradition to the home.
The family living area, seen from the courtyard with its traditional Chettinad pillars. The juxtaposition of the modern blue sofa with the ancient architectural forms defines our unique design language.
We designed this sacred worship space as a semi-open pavilion within the home. The wooden slats provide privacy while connecting the space to the adjoining landscaped area, creating a tranquil atmosphere for prayer.
The courtyard at "The Mantle" features modern jaali-inspired screens. These wooden screens provide privacy and ventilation while casting intricate light patterns, a contemporary take on a traditional Indian feature.

About this collection
We do not just add a traditional pillar or statue and call it Indian. True integration means designing a central courtyard as the home's lung, using Chettinad pillars to anchor your living area, or orienting your windows to capture the specific Bengaluru sun. It is about how these elements change your daily rhythm, not just how they look in a photograph.
Designing with Soul
For us, a 'modern home with an Indian soul' is not a stylistic label. It is a functional approach. It means your home breathes. We use traditional elements like jaalis and courtyards not for decoration, but to manage cross-ventilation, light levels, and privacy in a way that modern glass boxes cannot.
The Elements of Our Design
- Courtyards as Lungs: A central courtyard is the heartbeat of our projects. It pulls cool air through the house, provides a safe play area for children, and brings the sky into your living room.
- Honest Materials: We rely on teak wood, exposed brick, and Indian natural stones like Kota or Yellow Jaisalmer. These materials age beautifully and provide the warmth that synthetic alternatives lack.
- Sacred Integration: Whether it is a Nandi statue or a small worship pavilion, we treat these elements as part of the architecture, not as afterthoughts placed on a shelf.
Why it Matters for Bengaluru
Our city has a unique climate and a specific urban density. We build for it. By using thick walls and strategically placed skylights, we minimize heat gain during the day. We aim to create a 'Kanasu'—a dream space—that serves your life today while respecting the traditions that have shaped our culture for generations.
Techno Architecture
We are TechnoArchitecture, and we believe that architecture is the dialogue between light, shadow, and nature. We do not build boxes; we build homes rooted right here in namma Bengaluru. Every project is a chance to chase our core philosophy—that the difference between something good and something great is found in the details.
