Bespoke Master Bedroom Package
Furniture & Woodwork
- Signature Wardrobe: Floor-to-ceiling (approx 8ft x 9ft) custom unit built with BWP Grade Plywood carcass. Finished in High-Gloss PU Paint or Natural Wood Veneer with Hettich soft-close hardware.
- Bespoke Bed: King-size frame with hydraulic storage and a statement headboard upholstered in premium suede or velvet (350+ GSM).
- Console & Dresser: Wall-mounted floating TV unit with PU drawers, matching dressing unit with mirror framing, and two veneer-finished bedside tables.
Civil, Ceiling & Walls
- False Ceiling: Gypsum tray or peripheral design (Saint-Gobain/Gyproc) with cove provisions.
- Wall Treatments: Feature wall design using Wainscoting molding, Louvered panels, or Premium Wallpaper.
- Lighting: Includes COB lights, LED strip cove lights, and 2 designer wall sconces or hanging pendants.

Custom Furniture
- Seating Setup: 5 to 7 seater layout (e.g., Chesterfield Sofa + Accent Chairs) made of Solid Sal wood and 40-density foam. Upholstered in premium Leatherette or stain-resistant Velvet.
- Dining Set: 6-seater table with Italian Marble or Onyx top on a wooden/metal base. Includes 6 fully upholstered chairs.
- Tables: Nesting center tables with marble tops and PVD gold-coated stainless steel legs.
Decor & Paneling
- Statement TV Wall: Floor-to-ceiling paneling using Stone Veneer, tinted mirror strips, or fluted wood with PU polish.

Joinery & Finish
- Fixed Furniture: Wardrobes, Kitchen, TV Units, and Vanities using premium Veneer or PU finishes.
- Paint: Premium emulsion (Royale/Velvet) and texture paints.
- Design: Inclusive of consultations, 2D/3D drawings, and project management.
- Note: Excludes loose furniture (Sofas/Beds) and appliances.

How the Turnkey Process Works
- We start with a conversation at my studio, just chatting about your story, what you like, and all the little details you want your home to have.
- Once I’ve got a sense of your style, I put together a design concept you can actually see and tweak - every detail, from the 3D interior design visualization to technical drawings, is shared before we touch a single wall.
- After you’re happy, I take care of everything. That means sourcing materials, designing custom furniture, getting the modular kitchen turnkey solutions sorted, and making sure the site is managed right up to the last bit of dusting.
- I don’t just hand things off to a team and disappear. I’m there, doing regular site visits, because I want things done right.
