Ceiling & Wall Treatment
- False Ceiling: Gypsum board perimeter ceiling with cove lighting and veneer-cladded faux beams.
- Wall Finishing: Wall preparation followed by premium emulsion paint (Asian Paints Royale or equivalent).
- Feature Walls: Branded wallpapers (e.g., Nilaya) for bedroom feature walls.
On-Site Woodwork
- Wardrobes: Custom-built on-site using commercial ply/HDHMR. Shutters finished in natural veneer with Melamine polish or textured laminates.
- Detailing: Signature hand-crafted wooden handles integrated into shutter designs.
