Architecture should be more than just square footage. We focus on volumetric play and material honesty to create buildings that stand out while remaining functional. From dynamic geometric facades to sculptural residential volumes, we shape spaces that define their surroundings.

Our "Project R.E.D" in Vellore features a striking red geometric facade made of expanded metal mesh. This design choice gives the residential building a unique identity and functional screening.

An upward-looking view of the red facade, highlighting the dynamic, three-dimensional quality of the triangular panels against the blue sky.

The operable panels of the facade allow residents to control light and privacy, demonstrating the fusion of aesthetics and functionality in our architectural design.

The facade of our "Athulyam" project, an early work, combines travertine marble, teak wood, and cement finishes. A triple-height slab accentuates the volume and binds the various forms of the home together.

The double-height living area in "Athulyam" is a voluminous space enhanced by natural light from large windows. Vertical wooden slats and a dramatic chandelier add scale and texture.

The master bedroom in "Athulyam" features a partition wall with a built-in TV, creating distinct zones within the space.

The entertainment area in "Athulyam" opens onto a green terrace and features a sleek, wafer-thin bar counter in brushed brass.

About Architectural Forms & Structures

When we designed the red geometric facade for our R.E.D project in Vellore, the goal was never just to look different. We used expanded metal mesh to give residents total control over light and privacy while turning a standard residential building into a street-side landmark. It is about balancing the bold aesthetic with the everyday reality of living there.

For us, architectural design is about the dialogue between a structure and its environment. Whether it is a commercial building or a private residence, we avoid cookie-cutter solutions. Instead, we analyze the site, the sun path, and the specific requirements of the inhabitants to arrive at a form that feels inevitable.

Take our Athulyam project, for example. We used a palette of travertine marble, teak wood, and cement to create a cohesive exterior, binding the various volumes with a triple-height slab that pulls the eye upward. It creates a sense of scale that makes even compact urban plots feel generous and airy.

Our process starts with deep conceptualization—massing models and site analysis—before we ever move to the working drawings. We believe that modern residential architecture should be an experience, not just a layout. By using materials like Corten steel or expanded metal mesh, we can manipulate light and shadow, turning the building itself into a dynamic element that changes throughout the day. If you are looking to move beyond the conventional, we are here to help you articulate your vision into a physical form that lasts.

I'm Muzamil and together with Komal, we lead Design Boulevard. We don't believe in following trends; we prefer building structures that have a voice of their own. Whether it is a bold geometric facade or a serene home, we focus on making the architecture feel like an extension of your personality.
