Terra Gardens: A Minimalist Penthouse Sanctuary
In this Indiranagar penthouse, we stripped away the noise to create a home defined by quiet luxury, seamless indoor-outdoor flow, and a rooftop retreat designed for pure serenity.

About Terra Gardens: An Urban Sky-Retreat
Designing the connection between the apartment and the terrace was our primary challenge. We didn't just want a staircase; we wanted a piece of art. The sculptural Corten steel staircase we installed isn't just a functional element. It acts as the spine of the home, grounding the airy, monochromatic living space while drawing you up toward the open sky of the rooftop retreat.
Our work on this Pride Picassa penthouse is a study in restraint. The apartment interior follows a strictly monochromatic palette, creating a sense of expansive calm. We prioritized clean lines and natural light, ensuring the space feels like a sanctuary from the busy city streets of Indiranagar.
Upstairs, the terrace transitions into a different rhythm. We carved the space into three distinct zones: a social hub for gatherings, a monolithic sandalwood traver onyx kitchen for outdoor dining, and a secluded spa corner. It is an integrated approach where the indoors and outdoors converse seamlessly. Whether we are planning the layout for a new luxury home or renovating an existing rooftop, our focus remains on the same goal: crafting environments that truly breathe.
