In this Indiranagar penthouse, we stripped away the noise to create a home defined by quiet luxury, seamless indoor-outdoor flow, and a rooftop retreat designed for pure serenity.

The terrace at night, transformed into a magical garden with custom oversized pendant lights. The space is designed for everything from lively conversations to cozy movie nights, with an integrated projector screen.

As evening descends, this video showcases the terrace's ambient lighting and versatile zones. It captures the seamless transition from a social gathering spot to a tranquil space for watching a movie or relaxing in the spa.

The monolithic kitchen island, crafted from sandalwood traver onyx marble, serves as a functional and artistic centerpiece. It is complemented by stylish bar stools, making it a perfect spot for casual entertaining.

The spa area at the far end of the terrace, complete with sun loungers and an outdoor shower. This zone provides a private escape for relaxation, reinforcing the feeling of a holiday retreat in the city.

About Terra Gardens: An Urban Sky-Retreat

Designing the connection between the apartment and the terrace was our primary challenge. We didn't just want a staircase; we wanted a piece of art. The sculptural Corten steel staircase we installed isn't just a functional element. It acts as the spine of the home, grounding the airy, monochromatic living space while drawing you up toward the open sky of the rooftop retreat.

For this farmhouse by the backwaters, the infinity pool and patio are positioned to capture breathtaking views. The landscape design ensures an uninterrupted reflection of the sky, making the pool a tranquil mirror of the natural surroundings.9
This view highlights how the unique, angled glass facade of the 'Mobius' house was designed to frame the branches of an existing tree. Our landscape plan was built around preserving such natural features, making them integral to the home's identity.

This terrace garden for the 'Opulent Abode' penthouse is a perfect urban sanctuary. I used hexagonal stone pavers with grass joints, a small water feature, and a calming Buddha statue to create a space for peace and meditation.7
