Scope of Services
- Design & Management: Comprehensive 2D layouts, 3D visualizations, BOQ creation, and dedicated site supervision.
Custom Woodwork & Joinery
- Modular Kitchen: BWP plywood carcasses with High-gloss Acrylic or Matte PU shutters. Includes Blum/Hettich hardware and Quartz stone backsplash/countertops.
- Wardrobes: Floor-to-ceiling (9ft+) designs in all bedrooms using natural wood veneers or PU coating. Includes internal lighting sensors and organizers.
- Entertainment Units: Monolithic or floating designs using stone veneer, fluted wood panels, and tinted glass.
- Vanity Units: Under-counter storage with stone tops for all bathrooms.
Wall & Ceiling Treatments
- Ceilings: P.O.P/Gypsum false ceiling with cove lighting provisions and curtain pelmets.

Civil & Structural Overhaul
- Modifications: Demolition of internal walls for open-plan layouts, stripping of old flooring/bathrooms, re-plastering, waterproofing, and debris disposal.

Every space has a story, and I believe in letting that story shine through good design. I don’t do loud or flashy - more like quietly refined, with every detail thought through. If you’re into warm minimalism interiors or want something that just feels... you, that’s where I come in.

- I start by figuring out who you are, what you love, and what bugs you. Your personality and quirks shape the space, not some cookie-cutter style.
- No fixed look - from calm, creamy tones with natural wood and stone, to wild color choices and bold textures. I’ve done it all.
- If you love custom furniture design or want a specific vibe, we’ll make it happen together.
Details Matter (Maybe Too Much)
- I’m all about the little things - from space planning for small apartments (like, making a TV unit double up as a partition) to picking the exact right marble or wood finish.
- I obsess over materials, textures, and that feeling you get when you walk into a room and it just clicks.

- Done everything from home renovation with natural materials to office interior transformation that actually makes you want to go to work.
- Big or small, old or new, I like pushing boundaries and making spaces feel fresh.

My Story
Hey, we’re Komal and Muzamil, the faces behind Design Boulevard. Muzamil kicked this off in 2012 and Komal jumped in two years later, bringing her own flavour. We’re not about cookie-cutter stuff, nah. Each project, we chat, we argue, we laugh – that’s how something real comes out. Getting called a ‘Power Couple’ was wild, but honestly, nothing beats seeing clients walk into a space that’s so them, it just fits. That’s the magic, yaar.
