About Poet Spotlights & Success Stories
It is not just about the stage, it is about what happens after the mic drops. Many of our poets walk in with a notebook and leave with a publishing contract, a place in our national anthologies, or a spot in our global writing programs. We bridge the gap between keeping a private diary and building a real literary career.
We believe every voice in India deserves a platform. Our community started in a small corner of Delhi and grew into a nationwide movement because we decided to stop waiting for permission to be heard. We focus on practical pathways to success, whether that is winning the Wingword Poetry Prize, getting your work into national anthologies, or touring internationally.
How We Support Your Journey
- Mentorship: We do not just host open mics. Through programs like The Writer's Launchpad, we provide direct feedback on your work and help you understand how to market your writing to a global audience.
- Publishing: We help writers navigate the world of anthologies and magazines. Many of our community members have gone from writing in their bedrooms to being published in magazines like Beetle or our own collections.
- Performance: Whether it is a college fest at BITS Pilani or our studio in Connaught Place, we connect you with the right stages to share your spoken word poetry in Delhi and beyond.
