About Karate Training for All Ages
My Philosophy
Karate is in my blood. At SM Lee Karate Academy, you’ll hear me say Ziddi bano (be stubborn) for your goals, strength, and self-respect. Discipline and hard work are non-negotiable here. I don’t care about fancy words or shortcuts - real effort is what matters.
What Karate Means Here
It’s not just kicks and punches. Karate shapes your character, gives you confidence, and teaches you to handle tough paristhiti (circumstances). If you’re looking for beginner martial arts for kids or adults, you’ll find that we push for personal growth, not just medals.
How We Train
- Everyone’s welcome: kids, adults, men, women.
- Classes blend traditional Kata with Kumite (sparring) using full gear.
- We use hurdles, ladders, tire flips, and outdoor runs for fitness and real strength. Flexibility and stamina are part of every session.
- Discipline isn’t just a word - synchronized group drills and strict dojo etiquette build focus and unity.
Special Focus on Kids
I love training kids. We offer family karate classes where children build confidence, learn discipline, and get fit. Watching them win school and district medals makes all the sweat worth it.
Building Champions
Medals aren’t handed out, they’re earned. With competitive karate coaching, I prepare students for district, state, and national level tournaments. Seeing my students represent India is my biggest pride.
Ready to Begin?
No excuses. If you’re stubborn about changing yourself, I’m stubborn about training you. The mat is open for anyone willing to work hard. Mehnat karo, lagan dikhao (work hard, show dedication).

SM Lee Karate Academy
My Story
SM LEE Karate Dojo is my world, my family. I coach the Indian karate team, and my heart beats for my country. My academy is full of 'karate kids' and 'karate girls', some already champions. I always say, 'Safar mein mushkilein aaye, to himmat aur badhti hai' (When difficulties come, courage grows). Medals don’t just happen, they’re made with sweat, love, and stubbornness. We train together, win together. This is our journey.
My Work
Karate Training for All - We teach karate kata coaching, kumite competition training, and self-defence to kids, adults, boys, and girls.
No Excuses, Just Training - Morning, evening, hot or cold - show up and work hard. We don’t let excuses stop anyone.
Champion Karate Training - If you’ve got the josh, we’ll push you to become a district, national, or international champion.
Discipline & Strength - Dojo rules matter. Training is tough, but you’ll get strong and learn to push your limits.
