"Slowly, one by one." An instructor guides a student through kicking drills on a pad. We emphasize proper technique over speed, because if you can't do it slow, you can't do it fast.

Respect is the foundation of our dojo. Two students bow to their master before beginning their training, a tradition that signifies humility and readiness to learn.

About Inside the Dojo: Drills & Sparring

When we spar, we do it with total control. If I call 'stop', it means stop immediately. This is not about fighting to hurt, but about building enough discipline to know exactly when to pull back. You will learn to control your power, not just throw it around, because real strength is knowing the difference between aggression and skill.
