About Adventure & Connection
I arrange professional photographers—including drone and underwater specialists—for every trip, so you can leave your phone aside and be truly present. You don't need to worry about capturing the perfect angle; you just need to live the moment...
My Yogacations are about more than just checking poses off a list. We live by the philosophy of Sthira Sukham Asanam—finding comfort and strength in every pose—but we take that energy out of the studio and into nature. Whether we are practicing sunrise Hatha on a beach deck or finding stillness in mountain air, the goal is always to get comfortable with the elements.
We keep group sizes small, usually 10 to 15 people, which creates an environment where you actually get to know the person on the mat next to you. Expect shared meals, honest conversations, and the kind of laughter that comes from trying something new together, like snorkeling with nurse sharks in the Maldives or trekking through forest trails.
I focus on a mix of Hatha and Vinyasa flow, but the curriculum always includes guided meditation and pranayama breathwork to balance the adrenaline of our daily adventures. It is about evolving, facing what comes, and letting go of the stress you brought with you. You will come back with more than just pictures—you will come back with a clearer head and a new circle of friends who believe, just like you do, that life is better when you grab it with both hands.
