Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara—we only get one life, so let's make sure we feel strong and balanced in it. My yoga practice is about more than just fitness; it is about finding clarity, comfort, and the strength to show up for yourself every single day.

Seated in Padmasana (Lotus Pose) for meditation, surrounded by lush greenery. This is where we begin, finding our center and setting our intention for the practice.

An indoor practice of Sirsasana (headstand) variations. Even when not in nature, the practice of turning inward and finding your balance is powerful.

Demonstrating a stable headstand during an International Yoga Day event. Inversions like this build focus, strength, and confidence.

Exploring a variation of Sirsasana with bent knees. There are always new ways to challenge yourself and play with the asanas.

A montage of different asanas, from deep stretches like Ustrasana (Camel Pose) to balancing poses like Vrikshasana (Tree Pose) in a stream. This shows the variety of our practice.

About The Yoga Practice: Asana & Flow

When we practice, my focus is on Sthira Sukham—that sweet spot where you are strong, yet completely at ease. Whether we are moving through a Vinyasa flow or holding a Hatha posture, I do not believe in forcing shapes just for the sake of the pose. If you are struggling with alignment or feel stiff, I provide direct feedback to help you adjust your posture safely so your practice feels good, not just looks good.
