This is a full-contact MMA sparring session. I drill takedowns against the wall, striking in the clinch, and ground game to make you a complete fighter, ready for anything the cage throws at you.
This is our mantra. A line of fighters doing push-ups in sync shows the discipline I instill. If you want a different tomorrow, you have to push harder today. No excuses.
To be the best, you start young. This is how I build a fighter from the ground up, progressing from basic stance to heavy bag work and conditioning. I turn kids into disciplined warriors.
Another champion from my club, Rafiya, crowned the AIMMAF East Zone Champion. She holds the belt because she earned it with sweat and dedication in my gym. I train female fighters to be formidable.
