A look into my world of movement. Whether it is Pilates, Grinding, or fixing daily aches, it is all about balance, awareness, and moving better.

If you feel a pinch in your shoulder just trying to put on a t-shirt, this one is for you. I focus on specific corrective exercises like this single-arm lat pulldown to create space and mobility in the shoulder joint, providing lasting relief from that nagging pain.

Here you see two sides of squatting. First, the heavy quarter squats for building raw power, and second, the reformer for teaching the body squat stability and control. I believe in balancing brute strength with mindful, stabilizing movements for a truly resilient body.

This is from one of my 'Under the Pipal Tree' workshops. I love teaching people in person, helping them connect with their bodies through guided stretches and corrective exercises. It's about sharing knowledge and creating a community around better movement.

My 'Grinding' method is not just for pain relief, it's for performance. Here, I'm using it to build rotational power and shoulder stability, which is essential for athletes in sports like cricket, tennis, or javelin.

How well your spine moves is a true sign of your body's age. This exercise focuses on spinal articulation, moving one vertebra at a time. It’s a fundamental practice I teach for improving core control and relieving chronic lower back stiffness.

My training is a mix of everything. One day it's running on the treadmill, the next it's a heavy deadlift for functional strength, and then it's on the Pilates reformer for core stability. I combine these elements to create a complete and balanced program for you.

About Featured

My sessions are not about mindless reps. We focus on spinal articulation and rhythmic movement—which I call 'Grinding'—to restore your body's natural balance. Whether you are on a Pilates reformer or doing functional work, the goal is always the same: move better, breathe easier, and ditch that nagging stiffness.
