If you're dealing with chronic pain or feel stiff, this is where we start. I focus on correcting movement patterns and releasing tension in key areas like the lower back and shoulders to help you move freely again.
Pilates for Strength & Stability
I use Pilates, both on the mat and reformer, to build deep strength and stability from the inside out. We use equipment like reformers and bands to challenge and support your body, improving alignment and control.
The 'Grinding' Method
'Grinding' is my own philosophy of movement based on rhythm, flow, and awareness. It's about finding strength in simple, repetitive motions and sometimes using equipment in unconventional ways to challenge the body.
Sport-Specific Performance Training
My methods can be tailored to enhance athletic performance, whether you're a swimmer, cricketer, or tennis player. We work on the specific movement patterns and muscular chains required for your sport to improve power and prevent injury.
Core Powerhouse
A strong core is the foundation of all movement and key to a pain-free back. Here, I demonstrate various exercises, from fundamental holds to advanced movements like the dragonfly, to build a truly functional core.
Functional Strength Training
While I focus on corrective exercise, I also believe in building overall strength. This includes traditional gym exercises like pull-ups and leg extensions, always performed with a focus on proper form and function.
