Mindful Yoga and Creative Workshops for Kids
A glimpse into our world where mindfulness meets masti. From mindful movement to creative craft sessions, we nurture confidence in every child through play and thoughtful learning.
Welcome to our calm and happy space. I keep my batches small to give every child personalized attention, creating a silent zone with dim lights where they can truly relax and feel safe.
It's not all quiet and still. We have a lot of fun too! I use energetic games with balloons and hula hoops to keep kids engaged and happy, making sure every session is filled with joy and movement.
In our guided meditation journeys, we travel to faraway lands like the Arctic. I use creative storytelling to make meditation an exciting adventure, helping children find their calm while sparking their imagination.
I believe focus is a skill that can be learned through play. Here, we are using a simple straw and pom-pom game, a fun activity designed to improve concentration and fine motor skills without any pressure.
Building confidence is at the heart of what I do. We practice positive affirmations together, like "I am confident" and "I am enough," to help children build a strong and positive inner voice.
Our sessions often have fun themes, like this one on Animals and their Habitats. We combine learning with mindful yoga and creative crafts, making education a holistic and engaging experience for every child.
Can't make it to the studio? No problem. I offer engaging and interactive online classes so your child can learn and grow with us from the comfort of your home, no matter where you are.
About Featured
I create a dedicated silent zone in my C.R. Park studio with soft lights and a calm vibe, specifically designed to help kids practice focus without the usual classroom pressure. It is where we do our affirmation circles and breathwork together, making it a safe space where every child feels truly heard, valued, and encouraged to say, 'I am enough.'
At Curious Minds, we don’t believe in 'just' art or 'just' yoga. Bachche (kids) remember better when learning is mixed with play, discussion, and movement. My studio in C.R. Park is not a typical classroom. It is a space where we use simple, everyday tools—like straws, pom-poms, and balloons—to teach concentration and patience.
When we do our 'Animals and Habitats' sessions, kids aren't just sitting still; they are doing 'Mountain Pose' while visualizing the Himalayas. It is all about building a strong inner voice. We start our sessions with Om chanting and positive affirmations because I believe you have to believe you are confident.
Parents often tell me they see a shift in their little ones—they handle tough days with more calm and express themselves without fear. Whether you join our 2-week themed yoga workshops or the weekend club, the focus is always on creating bonds. We keep our batches small, between 4 to 8 children, so your child gets the personal attention they deserve. It is not about perfect posture; it is about joy, focus, and growing a little bit every time we meet.
