I guide children on imaginative journeys to calm their minds and bodies. We use storytelling to visit magical places and practice deep relaxation techniques in our cozy, dimly lit silent zone, helping them feel peaceful and rested.

My yoga sessions are full of play and stories. We learn gentle stretches, fun balancing exercises, and simple breathing techniques that help children build body awareness, improve coordination, and release energy in a positive way.
Activities for Focus & Confidence
I believe in learning through play. Our sessions include focus-building games, group discussions, and repeating positive affirmations like "I am confident" and "I am enough" to build concentration and nurture self-esteem in a supportive group.
My Art & Philosophy
