My ceramic pieces truly come alive when I meet you at markets. It is my way of connecting with art lovers, sharing stories, and seeing which of my handmade creations find a home with you.

A part of my heart is still at the Bhopal Potters' Market. The warmth and love I feel there is incredible. It’s more than just a market; it’s a community that feels like a home away from home. I can't wait to go back.

About From My Studio to the Market

Packing up my handmade ceramics and hitting the road for markets is where I get to see the real reaction to my work. Seeing you hold a mug or figurine I spent hours shaping, feeling its weight and warmth, is the moment my process feels complete. It is not just a sale, it is a conversation, a shared story, and a chance for me to explain how each piece found its own little personality in my studio.

For me, a market stall is not just a display table. It is a little window into my studio life. Bringing my collections—from those whimsical gnomes to my signature textured tableware—to cities like Delhi or Bhopal requires careful packing, but every bit of stress melts away when you pick up a piece and smile.

I love the feedback loops these events create. When you ask about how I achieved a specific texture or how I handle kiln firing, it gives me ideas for what to build next. It is the best form of research. Many of my best-selling designs actually came from conversations held over a market stall.

Beyond the sales, it is about the community. I get to sit alongside fellow potters, share tips, and laugh about the wobbly pots that did not make the cut. It is a celebration of the handmade movement. Whether you are browsing for a gift or just want to see how clay transforms into art, please do drop by if you see me in your city. I love sharing the stories behind the glaze and meeting the people who keep this studio going.
