It is a tough environment—floodlights, dirt pitches, and competitive intensity—but that is exactly what prepares a kid for the leap into selection trials.

We also prioritize the 'mind game.' A player who understands field placement and game awareness is always more valuable than a player who only knows how to hit hard.
