We believe that every champion was once a beginner. Our junior program for children aged six and above isn't about rigid, boring drills. It’s about creating a safe space where kids can fall in love with the sport. Whether they are six-year-olds learning to grip a bat for the first time or teenagers refining their bowling action, our coaching philosophy remains the same: hard work beats talent when talent doesn't work hard.

What We Actually Do

Training is structured around four sessions per week to keep the momentum going. We don’t just stick to the nets. We incorporate agility ladders, cone drills for stance correction, and tire flips to build core stability. This is cricket-specific conditioning, not just gym work. For our younger juniors, we keep it engaging with fun challenges, while our U12 and U16 batches get into more technical territory with match scenarios and real-time feedback on their batting backlift or bowling run-up.

A Supportive Environment in Kharghar

Cricket can be a lonely sport if you don’t have a team. We operate as a family, which means we train boys and girls together. We are particularly proud of our dedicated efforts to boost girls' cricket, providing equal opportunities for every child who walks through our gates in Kharghar.
