It’s not just about speed or turn—it’s about bowling with a brain. We help you build a repeatable, injury-free action and teach you the tactics to dismantle any batting lineup.

Our 15-year-old female athlete, Unnati, is new to leg spin and is learning the basics here. We focus on getting the fundamentals of grip, run-up, and release right from the start.

It's always a treat to watch a fast bowler running in with intent. Here, our 15-year-old athlete Indra Mishra is giving it his all in the nets, working on his pace and accuracy.

This is our 15-year-old athlete Diyaan Gala, working on creating doubt in the batsman's mind. We teach our bowlers to think tactically, using variations in pace and length to set up wickets.

This is the journey of correcting a bowling action. 20-year-old fast bowler Janhavi joined us with a problematic action, and through dedicated work in the off-season, we have rebuilt it to be more efficient and legal.

Now or never. 13-year-old fast bowler Tvisha Shetty putting in the hard yards. We focus on developing a smooth run-up and a powerful, repeatable action to generate pace and swing.

Our 20-year-old athlete Janhavi Wadkar working on making minor changes to her bowling action for the upcoming season. The off-season is the perfect time to refine technique and add new skills.

Our 13-year-old female athlete Tvisha Shetty is a superb middle-order batter and a promising fast bowler. We are working on her run-up and loading to help her generate more pace and control.

About this collection

A lot of kids come to us thinking speed is everything. We look at the biomechanics—your run-up, your jump, your loading—because if your basics are weak, your career won’t last. Whether you are working on your outswinger or developing that leg-spin grip, we fix the action first so you can bowl with consistency and, more importantly, without injury.

At Cricket Explained, I don't believe in one-size-fits-all coaching. A fast bowler needs rhythm and a strong core, while a spinner needs the guile to set up a batsman over three overs. We treat these as two very different crafts.

Building the Fast Bowler

Speed is a byproduct of a clean action. We focus on the 'Four Pillars': the run-up, the jump, the loading, and the release. If your front knee collapses or your alignment is off, you are just waiting for a back injury. We use video analysis to show you exactly where your action is leaking energy. Once the action is legal and repeatable, we add the variations—the inswinger, the cross-seam, and the yorker.

The Art of Spin

Spin is not just about turning the ball; it is about flight, dip, and deception. We teach you to control the 'corridor of uncertainty' so the batsman is never comfortable. Whether you bowl off-spin or leg-spin, we work on your grip and your ability to change pace without changing your action.

Why Train With Us

We run high-pressure simulations at our Dadar and Dombivli facilities. You won't just bowl at a net; you will bowl against batters who are instructed to attack you. This is how you learn to think tactically. Many of our students have gone on to represent MCA teams because we don't just teach you how to hold the ball—we teach you how to read the game, understand the pitch, and outsmart the batsman. If you are serious about taking your bowling to the next level, I am ready to put in the work with you.

I’m not here to just run a business. I’m here to build cricketers who can survive the pressure of Mumbai cricket. I treat every bowling action like a puzzle—we break it down, fix the alignment, and rebuild it until it’s lethal. If you’re ready to put in the work, I’ll back you.
