Behind-the-Scenes Training & Student Success Stories
Cricket isn't just about showing up; it’s about the work that happens when nobody is watching. See the intensity, feedback loops, and match-day performance that define our training approach.
A pleasure to have Ansh Bhoje from the USA train with us. This is his feedback on his experience at our academy, where he worked on his batting and leg-spin bowling.
Our 13-year-old female batter, Tvisha Shetty, has played in the U15 MCA Summer Camp matches and various tournaments. Her strong technique and determination make her a promising talent.
About this collection
We don't believe in generic drills. When players join us, we immediately move to scenario-based practice. Whether it is facing spin on a turning track or adjusting your stance for T20 versus 50-over formats, we focus on the specific biomechanics and game situations you will actually face in a real match, not just textbook shots.
At Cricket Explained, our training goes beyond repetitive net sessions. We replicate match pressure so that when you walk out to the middle, the situation feels familiar. Our sessions are built around intense net interactions where we focus on the reasoning behind every shot.
We document this process to help our players review their growth, identify technical errors, and understand their own progress. You will see us working on everything from biomechanical fixes in bowling actions to high-pressure target chasing for batters.
We are particularly proud of our pipeline for female cricketers like Tvisha Shetty, who are already competing in MCA Summer Camp matches. Whether you are a U12 player picking up the bat for the first time or a U23 athlete looking for MCA selection trials, our Dombivli facility is where you put in the hours. We keep it real: if you are ready to sweat and listen to feedback, we are ready to build you into a thinking cricketer.
