Every takeover is a true collaboration, not just a guest shift. Before the doors open, our team spends time blending the visiting bartender's signature technique with our house-made shrubs and local spirits, ensuring the final pour is something you genuinely cannot get anywhere else.
We view our bar as a stage for experimentation. Whether it’s Sasha Wijidessa from FURA Singapore bringing science-led cocktails or Jay Gray of Sago House shaking up rum-based classics, these events are about breaking boundaries. We don't just invite talent; we build a menu together that highlights ingredients like seaweed, tonka beans, or beetroot, giving our guests a chance to experience global mixology trends right here in Gurugram and Mumbai.
When we aren't at home, we're on the road. Our team, led by our Head of Bars, regularly travels to pop-up at venues like the JW Marriott Pune or ITC Grand Chola in Chennai, bringing the Comorin philosophy of regional flavors and crafted spirits to new cities. These collaborations allow us to exchange ideas, test new infusions, and occasionally get a little messy with ingredients like tomato shrubs or house-bottled liqueurs.
