The Foundation of a Great Meal
Bread is rarely just a vessel for us. Take our Chilli Garlic Naan, for instance. It is fired in the tandoor to capture that specific char and garlic punch, then bundled carefully so it arrives ready to scoop up our slow-cooked Raan Musallam. When it comes to our pao, we bake them in-house. They are designed to pull apart, buttery and soft, making them the natural partner for a bowl of bhaji that has been simmered for hours.
Rice and Desserts with a Twist
We treat our grains with the same respect. Our Gucchi Pulao uses earth-rich morel mushrooms to transform a simple rice dish into something memorable.
For dessert, we avoid the predictable. Our Salted Chikki Kulfi is built on a specific structure—a biscuit base for crunch, creamy kulfi for the chill, and chikki for that salty, sweet spike. We pack these components separately so you can assemble them at the last second, maintaining that contrast between cold kulfi and brittle crunch.
