Mixed Martial Arts & Self Defense Training
We combine MMA, Karate, and Boxing to build real fitness and confidence. Here is a look at our training philosophy at our Laxmi Nagar club.
This is what our training floor looks like. We teach kids a mix of martial arts including boxing and karate, so they learn to be well rounded fighters. You can see the focus and energy as they practice their punching combinations in a group drill.
This is what hard work looks like. Our young warriors from the Combat MMA Club are showing off their medals after the Delhi State MMA Championship. We don't just teach them to fight; we teach them how to win with pride.
It will not happen in one day, but it will definitely happen one day. Here I am working one on one with a young student on his boxing technique using focus mitts. Personal attention is key because every champion's journey is different.
We teach techniques that build confidence and skill. Watch one of our students execute a perfect flying side kick during a pad work session. This kind of dynamic kickboxing and karate training builds power, agility, and discipline.
This club is a parivaar, a family. In this video, I share the story of our student Aftab, who won Junior Athlete of the Year. It’s a story about losing your way, finding your path again, and remembering that your coach and your team will always have your back.
The skills we teach are for life, not just for the ring. Here, I am conducting a self defense workshop for school children, teaching them practical ways to protect themselves in real world situations like escaping a grab. Confidence is the best defense.
Sparring is where skills are tested. Here, two of our young fighters are in a controlled match, wearing full protective headgear and body armor. Safety is our top priority, and we make sure every match is supervised on padded floors to build experience safely.
About Featured
Our training floor is built for consistent progress. We do not skip the basics like pad work or conditioning drills because muscle memory is what actually saves you in a fight, not just theory.
At Combat MMA Club, we believe a champion is not made by a medal, but by the daily koshish (effort). We run a rigorous program that integrates MMA, Karate, Boxing, Kickboxing, and Wrestling. When a student joins, they do not just learn a specific style. They learn the rhythm of combat.
Our sessions are structured to build endurance, agility, and mental toughness. We utilize agility ladders, bodyweight exercises, and tire drills to ensure that physical fitness is never an afterthought. For students who want to compete, we have a dedicated path toward state and national championships. This includes high-intensity sparring sessions where we use full protective gear, headguards, and padded mats. Safety is our baseline, not a rule we bend.
We also teach practical self-defense. This goes beyond the ring and into the real world. We show students how to react to physical threats, how to escape holds, and how to maintain composure when panic sets in. Whether your child is looking to get fit, learn discipline, or compete, our environment remains supportive. Mistakes happen here, and frustration is part of the process. If a student leaves but wants to return, we welcome them back. We are a parivaar, and we win together.
