Daily Martial Arts Training and Conditioning Drills
Champions are not made in the ring, they are made in the gym. We focus on the daily repetition of drills, pad work, and conditioning that builds the muscle memory and discipline every fighter needs.
Our kids' MMA class in full swing, practicing boxing drills. We mix different martial arts to create well rounded athletes. Notice the students in karate uniforms learning to throw punches with proper form and footwork.
One on one pad work is essential for honing technique. Here, I am working with a young student on his boxing combinations, helping him improve his power and accuracy. This personal coaching helps build a strong foundation.
A look at our boxing and kickboxing training for kids. A coach holds pads for students, including a young girl, as they practice their strikes. We ensure every child gets the attention they need to learn and improve their skills.
Technique and power on display. A student in his karate gi executes a powerful flying kick on a strike shield held by a coach. This drill is part of our advanced kickboxing and taekwondo training.
A strong foundation starts with flexibility and body control. Our young students, dressed in their white karate gis, perform stretching and gymnastics exercises on the mat. These drills are crucial for preventing injuries and improving agility.
This video shows our students practicing their shadow boxing and sparring drills. You can see a young fighter in full protective gear working on his punches, while others train in the background, showing a typical day of preparation for competition.
A young fighter in full sparring gear, including head guard and shin pads, maintains a solid boxing stance. This is how we prepare our students for the intensity of a real match, focusing on defense and readiness.
Our student practices defensive movements during a sparring session. Learning to block and evade punches is just as important as learning to attack. This is a key part of our self defense and MMA curriculum.
A young athlete practices his jab cross combination on a heavy bag. Bag work is essential for developing power, stamina, and proper punching technique in our boxing classes for kids.
About Daily Grind: Forging Strength & Skill
The work you see here is the foundation of every fighter. We do not skip the basics, from footwork drills to repetitive heavy bag strikes and pad work. Whether it is a student prepping for a state championship or a beginner just learning to punch, the daily grind in our Laxmi Nagar facility is about building real muscle memory and discipline, not just looking the part.
The photos show the reality of our training. It is not always pretty, but it is effective. When a student comes to our Laxmi Nagar facility, they are not just hitting bags. We integrate Karate, Boxing, and Kickboxing drills to create a complete fighter.
Why Daily Consistency Matters
Combat sports require repetition. We run our sessions with a strict curriculum, moving from warm-ups to technical drilling and finally to controlled sparring.
- Pad Work: This is where we correct form. You will see us holding pads for students, focusing on their speed, power, and accuracy.
- Conditioning: We use old-school fitness methods like bodyweight exercises and agility ladders to build the stamina required for a full match.
- Controlled Sparring: This is the testing ground. We use full protective gear, including head guards and shin pads, ensuring students can practice real contact safely.
What We Teach
We mix disciplines. A kid might start with Karate basics to build a foundation, then move into Boxing or Kickboxing to understand striking range. We teach them to block, evade, and counter. It is about understanding the mechanics of a fight.
Our Training Environment
We do not have a fancy AC gym. We have a hall with wall pads, jigsaw mats, and the right equipment to get the job done. It is a high-energy space where students learn that progress comes from showing up, listening to the coach, and putting in the work, day after day.
Combat MMA Club
I am Pavan Sikarwar, and I do not run just another fight club. For us, it is all about effort. I built this club to be a family where your child learns discipline, confidence, and how to stay calm under pressure.
