We constantly check the physique and posing to see the improvement. This is how we refine the presentation for the stage.

About Posing & Stage Presence
Posing is a workout in itself. It tests your endurance and your ability to control every muscle group under pressure. In my sessions at the gym, we do not just practice the holds. I watch your transitions and your breathing, ensuring you can showcase your physique without gassing out on stage. If you cannot hold the pose, all the months of diet and heavy lifting go to waste.
Many athletes spend months prepping in the kitchen and the gym, but they fall short on stage because they treat posing as an afterthought. Posing is a skill that requires the same intensity as your compound lifts. At Muscle Strong Gym in South Extension, I treat posing sessions as mandatory. We break down every movement, checking your symmetry from all angles and correcting your foot placement so your lats, abs, and legs pop exactly how they should.
My approach is about the mind-muscle connection. If you cannot feel the muscle, you cannot flex it right. I make sure you understand which muscles to engage so you look dry, shredded, and confident. For my online clients, we use video check-ins to fix your posing technique. I review your footage, guide you on how to turn, and show you how to hide your weaknesses while highlighting your strongest features.
