Posing is an art. It takes practice to learn how to display your physique perfectly. I teach my lads how to master this art.

We constantly check the physique and posing to see the improvement. This is how we refine the presentation for the stage.

I watch your transitions and your breathing, ensuring you can showcase your physique without gassing out on stage. If you cannot hold the pose, all the months of diet and heavy lifting go to waste.
