Health is about more than just a diet plan. It is about how you travel, how you work, and the small choices you make every single day. Here are some of my personal lessons.

A funny take on getting free Vitamin D from the sun. We live in a tropical country, but cloudy days can still get us down. Sunlight is crucial for energy, mood, and hormone conversion, so soak it up when you can!

My top 3 health learnings from a trip to Sweden: the importance of daily movement, non-negotiable work-life balance, and understanding supplement dosages. Travel is a great reminder that health is about the systems we build into our daily lives.

As a nutrition coach, one of the first things I do in a new country is visit a grocery store! It was fascinating to see the variety of plant-based milks in Sweden, from oat and soy to potato milk.

Feeling stuck at a weight plateau? It's a common frustration. I share four simple things you can do to break through it: switch up your workout, balance your macros, manage stress, and prioritize sleep.

Here's what I chose to eat while socializing at a restaurant. You don't have to avoid going out! The key is to make smart choices like sharing food, opting for steamed or boiled protein over fried, and managing your portions.

Did you know that too much screen time can cause dark circles, reduce your urge to be active, and affect your sleep quality? This video shows you how to use your phone's settings to set limits and manage your screen time effectively.

A fun "put a finger down" health quiz on the streets of Indiranagar. This participant did great, scoring an almost perfect 10/10! How would you score?

About this collection

Wellness isn't just about what is on your plate. It is about building a system that travels with you, whether you are on a vacation in Sweden or navigating a busy work week in Bengaluru. I have learned that the most sustainable habits are the ones that fit into your life seamlessly, from how you manage screen time for better sleep to making smart choices when you go out to eat.

When I travel, I don't stop being a nutritionist. I start observing. Whether it is seeing plant-based milks in a foreign supermarket or clocking 10,000 steps through new streets, my best tips come from lived experience, not textbooks.

Travel & Movement

You do not have to abandon your goals when you travel. My biggest hack? Focus on movement as part of your exploration. Park further away, take the stairs, or set alarms to walk. In Europe, I clocked 185 km in 17 days just by making walking the primary way to see the city. You can apply this anywhere, even in Indiranagar.

Eating Out & Socializing

Going out doesn't mean eating junk. When I visit a restaurant, I prioritize shared plates, lean proteins, and mindful portions. It is entirely possible to enjoy a meal out without derailing your metabolism. The key is in the 'smart swaps'—steamed or boiled over fried, and focusing on fiber-rich vegetables before you dive into the heavier courses.

Daily Rituals for Health

Health is the sum of your 24 hours.

  • Sun Exposure: We live in a tropical country, yet so many of us are Vitamin D deficient. Get out when the sun is up.
  • Screen Time: Excessive screen time is a silent killer for sleep and activity levels. Use your phone’s built-in limits to force a downtime.
  • Holiday Hacks: Whether it is Christmas treats or festive sweets, you don't have to quit. Eat them after a fiber-rich meal and try to enjoy them before 3 p.m. so you have the rest of the day to stay active.

Most people struggle because they view health as a restriction. I view it as a strategy. Let’s find the one that fits your life.
