This is the foundation of real strength. Here I am squatting 170kg for reps, focusing on depth and control. With my coaching, I will ensure your form is locked in to lift heavy and prevent injury.

Form is everything. Here, I am providing hands-on coaching to a client, correcting his posture and movement during a bicep curl to maximize muscle engagement and ensure safety. This is the kind of personal attention you can expect.

My training sessions take place at Anytime Fitness in Sector 29, Gurugram. This is a dedicated environment where we focus on heavy iron. I work with clients of all levels, from those just starting their journey to experienced lifters who need help with 1-Rep Max testing or technical troubleshooting.
