About Me & My Approach

Climbing gives me that kick every time - sometimes you fall, sometimes you stick the move. I believe in getting back up with a smile and saying, "koi baat nahi, phir se shuruwaat karege" (no worries, we'll start again). For me, it’s not just a sport, it’s about confidence and finding your own groove on the wall.

Who Can Join

  • If you’re just starting out, I’ll walk you through all the basics: movement, safety, and building up that first bit of confidence. No stress, just mazza (fun).
  • Got some experience? Together we’ll break down advanced stuff, focus on dynamic climbing movement, and figure out how to smash through those stubborn plateaus.

Where We Climb

  • Mostly at Delhi Rock (GK2) - always fresh routes, from easy verticals to those nasty overhangs. Never gets boring.
  • Sometimes we shift to real rock at Sanjay Van. The natural boulders there can be tricky, but that’s where you really test yourself. Expect high ball problems and plenty of chai breaks.

Training Style

  • It’s not all about muscle. We work on balance, proper footwork (like the rotator method), and that "feel" for the wall.
  • I use hangboards, campus boards, and old-school drills. Every body is different, so I tweak stuff to suit you.

The Scene

You become part of a "ziddi" (stubborn/determined) climbing family. Sunday morning climbs, helping each other out, and plenty of laughs. No one’s judging - just real, supportive vibes.

My Story

Ram Ram ji sarya ne! Main Harish bol raha hoon, and honestly, climbing is my whole vibe. First time I tried a high ball, my legs were shaking! But yaar, you gotta face the fear, phir bhi chadhai karni hai (still gotta climb). Sometimes you slip, sometimes you win, but 'koi baat nahi, phir se shuruwaat karenge.' Every person climbs in their own style, alag movement, alag struggle. For me, rocks or gym, it’s always funday Sunday. Bas, be confident and keep moving.
