Life in the city moves fast. We offer a space to slow down, share Buddhist wisdom, and find tools to navigate your relationships, work, and stress with clarity.

Our weekend programs include The Happiness Series, with teachings on Buddhism at Home. These sessions are designed to bring practical Buddhist wisdom into your everyday life and relationships.

An announcement for a teaching series on "How to Live Life as a Couple". This course explores how to apply the principles of wisdom and compassion to build a happy and harmonious relationship.

A continuation of our teaching series on living a Dharma life as a couple. These sessions, based on advice from Lama Zopa Rinpoche, offer practical tools for navigating relationships with a spiritual perspective.

A guided meditation and talk on how to deal with negative emotions. This session provides practical methods to combat stress and anxiety, helping you cultivate inner peace in modern life.

About this collection

Instead of keeping teachings abstract, our weekend series focus on the 'how'. We break down ancient principles to handle modern challenges, like managing relationship conflicts, navigating work-related anxiety, or simply staying steady in a noisy city. Whether you join us at our Domlur centre or via Zoom, you receive concrete methods to apply mindfulness right where you are.

At our centre, we understand that spiritual practice isn't confined to a meditation cushion. It is something you bring into your office meetings, your home life, and your interactions with loved ones. We designed our 'Happiness Series' and specific relationship workshops to bridge the gap between complex Buddhist philosophy and the realities of modern life.

Our approach is grounded in the Lamrim tradition, but we present it in a way that is accessible to everyone, regardless of your background or experience. You do not need to be a Buddhist to find value here. We explore topics like how to dismantle self-cherishing thoughts, how to cultivate genuine compassion for those who frustrate us, and how to maintain mental hygiene amidst daily stress.

Everything we offer is donation-based. We believe these teachings are a gift, and we rely on the generosity of our community to keep our doors open and our AC halls running for everyone. You will find printed Sadhana books and digital materials provided for all sessions, ensuring you can follow along easily. After each session, we invite you to stay for tea and biscuits, providing a space to connect with other students and ask questions in a relaxed, informal setting. Whether you are looking for meditation classes in Bangalore or a deeper study of Buddhist philosophy, you are welcome to drop in anytime.
